Return Policies
O.C. Awards and Gifts is dedicated to customer satisfaction.
If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason,
(See Below for limitations) you can return your item for an exchange or refund.
Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase.
The following conditions apply:

Engraving or Personalization is non-Refundable,
If we make a mistake on your order we will promply fix
or replace that item "FREE" of charge.
If the cause of the error was on your part, we will replace the Bad item at cost.

Shipping is non-refundable*

A 15% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & unused. Personalized items are not returnable)

Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $50.
(See Below).

Note a 25% Restocking Fee applies to orders under $50. (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & unused, (Used Items are not refundable. Personalized items are not returnable)

Items purchased originally with Discounted or Free Shipping will
have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from O.C. Awards and Gifts is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $1500, we offer discounted shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured.
